promptly notify the University of any change to my personal details (including address, email address and phone contact details) and acknowledge that a failure to do so will not be an acceptable reason for failing to respond to any correspondence or meet application or acceptance deadlines as required by Flinders University;
Flinders University obtaining any details of my enrolment, results and academic qualifications from other educational institutions it considers necessary to process my application;
acknowledge the submission of this application form does not guarantee me an offer of a place and I am subject to the admission requirements of the courses I have applied for as an international applicant, in accordance with Flinders University Policies relating to International Students;
acknowledge Flinders University may retain a proportion of the first semester's tuition fee, in accordance with the policies relating to International Students if I do not commence a course for which I have accepted an offer of a place;
I will also:
be subject to the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act and comply with the conditions of my student visa;
inform Flinders International immediately if there is any change to the information I provide in this application;
notify my former agent and Flinders International in writing should I subsequently decide to change agents;
allow Flinders University permission to verify my Australian visa details and study entitlements with the relevant government agency;
be fully responsible for my educational and living expenses while studying at Flinders University;
